Accounts Receivable Associate:
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounts Receivable Associate for our commercial linen rental service. As an Accounts Receivable Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth financial operations of our business.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate records of customer accounts, including invoicing and payment processing.
- Monitor and reconcile customer accounts to ensure timely and accurate payment collection.
- Follow up with customers regarding outstanding balances and resolve any billing discrepancies or disputes.
- Collaborate with the sales team to address customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports related to accounts receivable.
- Assist in the development and implementation of efficient billing and collection processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
