Worksite Locations

Employment will be performed in the following worksites located in the same MSA:

Cheshire County

9 Giffin St, Keene, NH, 03431 – 40 Laundry Attendants
4 Forge St, Keene, NH, 03431 – 15 Laundry Attendants

Wage Offer(s) and Availability of Overtime Pay

Rate of pay is $15.50/hr. with overtime $23.25/hr.

Hours of work are 7:00 am-3:30 pm Mon-Friday

Availability of On-the-Job Training

On-the-Job training is provided.

Single Workweek for Pay

A single workweek will be used for computing wage due.

Deductions from the Worker's Paycheck

will make all deductions from the workers’ paycheck required by law; Will deduct $150/weekly from each paycheck for housing, if worker elects to use employer provided housing

Provision of Board/Lodging or Other Facilities

Employer will provide optional housing; If housing is elected, will deduct $150 from each paycheck for housing

Inbound/Outbound Transportation and Subsistence

If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will arrange and pay directly for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment.. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence during travel will be provided at a rate of at least $15.46 per day to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts;

Daily Transportation

Employer does not provide daily transportation to and from worksites;

First Work Week Reimbursement

Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees);

Provision of Tools, Supplies, and Equipment

will provide tools without charge or deposit.

3/4 Guarantee

(the employer offers the workers employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least3/4 of the workdays of each 12-week period beginning with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment);
